Current sales role, to maintain and develop client and prospect relationships for the Vice President and General Manager of division. Reports to the Vice President and General Manager. Portfolio includes complex Enterprise Print Management; advanced print spooling, output management and Document Management (EDMS) software solutions for a 40 year computer services company. National territory and global sales with partnership, direct sales and channel development responsibilities.

Outstanding sales experience in previous roles and organizations, and consistently met and exceeded quotas of $ 300,000.00 and above benchmarks.

Introduced over 50 new, prospective accounts in first six months tenure; developed in excess of $100,000 in proposed new business. Introduced and proposed account development goals for potential new business development of $300,000 sales (per annum).

Account management responsibility for maintaining and growing business for over 500 accounts; both in
established relationships and for new business development. Achieved sales of over $500,000 annual
sales (first year) to horticulture, municipal, and B2B professionals of nursery, greenhouse, landscaping and property management clientele. Realized over $ 700,000 in year 2, (against annual quota @ $750,000.00)

Managed territory sales for marketing and promotions organizations. Responsible for corporate relationship sales efforts to existing and established client base. Consistently developed new business accounts.  Includes outside travel and regional territory sales responsibilities.

Bob is a consummate professional, and LIFE-LONG resident of Dayton , Ohio . He attended the University of Dayton, majoring in Marketing. His minor was Finance since they did not have an Advertising discipline, per se.


Bob spent many hours on campus and working at the Purchasing office of UDRI (Research Institute). A local, "commuter" student, he also held two part-time jobs off campus. His ambition was not limited to work, as he also was active in PRSSA - the local chapter of AMA and was a founding member of the Advertising Club on campus.


After 25+ years in continuous employment, Bob has been employed by advertising agencies , marketing companies and in corporate marketing positions. He also boasts 20 years of sales experience, and promoting everything from the graphic arts, advertising and marketing programs, to printing and even trash dumpster services.


Currently, he is employed as a Marketing Consultant and Principal of A Marketing Partnership for a variety of clients. Most recently, Van Leeuwen was an Account Manager for Plus Technologies, a division of Digital Controls in Miamisburg .


Very active in the community, Bob serves as the Secretary and Vice President for the Kettering Sister City Executive Committee. He is active with the University of Dayton alumni association and coaches little league baseball and basketball teams . He is married to his wife Cam , and they have two boys Jacob 12 and Lucas 8.5
